Go Ducks! Celebrating Oregon Football’s Season Success from The Maverick Hotel

At The Maverick Hotel in Eugene, we're more than just a host to travelers; we’re proud members of the UO community, and that means we bleed green and yellow! This season, the Oregon Ducks football team has captured our hearts—along with the hearts of fans across the state—by showcasing an incredible mix of skill, determination, and the unmistakably great NIKE fashion that makes Ducks football so memorable.

We can’t help but be excited about the Ducks' impressive 11-1 record. We’ve hurdled obstacles and demonstrated incredible resilience, particularly after a tough loss earlier in the season against Indiana. But true to the nature of great teams, the Ducks have bounced back bigger than before.

The highlight? That exhilarating 26-14 victory over the Washington Huskies.

The roar of the crowd at Autzen Stadium could be heard all the way to the Maverick! It was the kind of game that unites our community, igniting a fire of pride and excitement in every fan.

The offensive line, often unsung heroes, has been a powerhouse this year, propelling the Ducks to be the best run-blocking team in the nation. We’ve got our eyes on players like Emmanuel Pregnon, whose performance has been instrumental in both protecting our quarterback and running our ground game.

And how about Atticus Sappington, our dependable senior kicker? His ability to nail crucial kicks has been nothing short of spectacular. Each time he steps onto the field, there’s an electric anticipation.

Though the future is always a bit unpredictable—especially with whispers about offensive coordinator Will Stein potentially heading to Kentucky—there’s a level of commitment and loyalty in the air. Coach Stein’s decision to stay through the playoffs tells us he believes in this team and its potential, and we support him wholeheartedly.

With championship odds at +1100, the Ducks are ready to make their mark. Who wouldn’t want to witness the thrill of our team making history by claiming their first national championship title?
